Hello,
So much depends on how healthy you are, stop smoking, and adopt a healthy life style before you even try and get pregnant. If your periods are regular, then your most fertile time will be around mid cycle so day 12 to 14. Allow at least 3 months to conceive if you have not then talk to your GP. Good luck

If you are TTC then there are a lot of things to consider. If you are suffering from PCOS or any other disorder then do keep that in mind. Also, if you were previously taking the birth control pills stop taking them. Eat healthily! Include all the nutrition in your diet. Stop drinking caffeine or stuff that is harmful to you. Other than this make sure to drink lots of water. Start exercising and yoga. This will help prepare your body. Also, if you have been trying for a year then visit the doctor. Don't waste your time. They will just help in improving your situation. Good luck to you. Don't worry and stay positive. Sending baby dust your way.

You should, first of all, discontinue any contraceptives you may be on. Next, you should try and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Try and track your period, so that you know when you might be ovulating. It's important to get that schedule right. It's also absolutely crucial to find a good doctor and to stay in contact with him/her. Good luck on your journey. I hope you get to conceive really quickly!

The first step has to be maintaining the right kind of diet. Everyone has a different view, though. I would suggest that you should start by improving your diet. You can always visit a nutritionist as well. Then come the period tracking and ovulating days. That's very important to keep track of. Good luck to you!

There are a lot of things. You need to take care of them. Your diet, lifestyle, and constant contact with the doctor is important. However, it's also important to mark ovulation days. There are lots of apps available which help you with that. Good luck on your journey. I hope your TTC is short and successful.
