Diets do not work?

Hello,

I have tried a lot of different diets in my life sometimes it work and sometimes its useless, what sort of diet works the most?

Eventually when I lose some weight I always gain more than what I have lost.

Help me please.

There is not magic diet, you must eat less and exercise more. No junk food, or fizzy drinks. Drink at least 2-3 litres of water a day, and commence a daily exercise habit. Adopt a healthy life style and you will become a healthy person. Take care and good luck
