Tired of work outs

It's been already one and a half month that I am doing work outs and still I am not losing any weight, what must I do please?

You have to adopt a whole healthy life style. No junk food, no fizzy drinks, only drink water at least 2-3 litres a day and continue with your daily exercise plan. Take care and good luck
