Gaining weight since I am jogging

I have started jogging in the morning for 30 minutes only in the view to lose weight. However, I have found that I am gaining weight instead. Is this normal or do I have a problem please?

It may be that you are eating more since you are jogging. You must not have more calories than you are losing. It will be wise for you to follow a diet. This will greatly help you.
