Hello something weird has just happened to me one hour ago.

I was out playing with my dogs and I lost my eyesight from the right eye.
I thought I had something inside and fortunately there was nothing.

But I was not able to see I tried to remain calm and the loss of vision was followed by a very harsh and unbearable heard ache and after 20 minutes I was able to see with the right eyes.
Why did this happen please?

Do I need to consult?

Thank you
Hi yes you need too, this could be either a transient monocular blindness or a scintillation scotoma. Only an ophthalmologist could help you in this. This could be due to a change in the blood coagulation or a cardiac problem. Do see a doctor as soon as possible. Take care.
