Having a more muscular body

I am 18 years old and want to have a more muscular body. That's the reason why I have joined the gym but I cannot see any positive result after one month of training, what must I do please?

There may be different reasons for explaining this matter. Firstly, it may be that you are not eating enough and need to have some protein supplements. Secondly, it may be that you need to increase the intensity of your work outs. The last reason may simply be that you've just joined the gym and need to have some patience.
