More intensity in my work outs

Hello,
When do I need to increase the intensity of my work outs please? I am trying to lose weight and I have joined a gym for it.

Hi,
It is always advised to increase your intensity progressively as per your capabilities. You must not force your body because it may cause injury and strain different parts of your body.
