Not sleeping enough

I have been sleeping only some five hours daily because of my work schedule since the last week and I find it so hard. I am always feeling sleepy at work. Can it affect my health greatly please?

It is actually not a good healthy habit since a person needs to have at least 8 hours of sleep daily.
