Losing 15 pounds quickly

I have been told that I am overweight and need to lose 15 pounds. I was feeling normal before but now I feel so fat. I need to lose these 15 pounds quickly, can someone please help me about it?

There is no magic, eat less and exercise more. Adopt a healthy eating plan, no juk food, or fizzy drinks. Only drink water at least 2-3 litres a day. Also commence with a 20 min brisk walk every day and you will soon lose the weight you need and feel healthy. Take care and good luck
