Hello,
After 20 years of heavy smoking, it's the very first time that I haven't even approached tobacco for 17 days. I've made an oath to myself, if nothing negative happens after four days without tobacco, I'll continue. But it is not that easy anyway as the feeling of an empty stomach compels me to eat a lot more. My question is, is it possible to quit smoking without gaining weight?

Thank you
Hello
Often when a person quits smoking you can put on a bit of weight, but this is up to you. Keep busy, and commence a daily activity either exercise or sports. Eat and healthy well balanced diet and very good luck to you giving up smoking after all these years of smoking. Well done to you.

Thank you
Hello,

you need to have a balance diet and to keep eating as you use too.
Don't have excess of anything to compensate, if it is really unbearable have a fruit or a sweet or even take a fruit juice things that won't affect your life.

Take care.
