Hello,

I'll be 26 years old soon and I've been a heavy smoker for 10 years now. I haven't quit tobacco yet but I'd really like to. I tried to stop several times and I've been able to abstain is 6 months. But since I started again, I just can't even think about to stop smoking completely. Do you think it's still possible?

Thank you
Yes you can still stop smoking and this time you'll have to quit it permanently. Because you may have noticed when you stop smoking for some days or weeks, you tend to smoke a lot more the time you start it again. Here is a link to an excellent web page here in UK to help you give up smoking.
