Hi,
I gave birth 10 months ago, I am 22 years old measuring 1m70 for 80 kilos. I would really like to lose some weight as soon as possible. Is my body ready for exercises and all these things or do I need to wait.

Do I need a diet or only sports will help me? I did lose 10 kilos after childbirth and then nothing more.

Thanks

Thank you
Hi,
If it has been 10 months since you had your baby of course you can exercise and get to tone up your body. Be careful with your diet if you are breast feeding as you need nutriants and a healthy well balanced diet to stay healthy yourself.

Did you have normal childbirth or you went for cesarean?

Take care
