Hello,
I have been suffering from severe depression for almost 1 year. My friends were always there for me, helping and comforting me. But nowadays I have the feeling that everything is changing or simply that they have no more faith in me and think that I am hopeless.

Now that I am realizing how lucky I am I would really like to move out from this depression, but I need to do it on my own. I don't want to abuse my friends anymore, to bother my parents or even to see a specialist.

Regards

Thank you
Depression can't be resolved alone and I understand that you want to prove to others that you don't need them and that your are able to help yourself but this is not the right solution. At a moment in our life we all need help and comfort and there is no reason to be ashamed of this.

Let them help you, don't hesitate to talk to your parents and to seek help from a specialist who know better than anyone what is happening to you and also the solution and way to solve your problem. Take care and good luck
