Already its been 2 months since I had a cigarette, and I am able to cope. But anytime when my friends come to visit or we are out there is always some sort of temptation that is troubling me what do I need to do????

Well done you, 2 months and I would say you are an ex-smoker. I know it is tough when friends pressure you to just have one!! But you can say no, and keep yourself busy, have drink of pure grapefruit juice as this is thought to address the urge to smoke. Take care and well done
You should first of all be very proud of yourself and realize that you are addicted to nothing and not even to a stupid cigarette. You don't need this to live but oxygen so don't waste your life with same.
Keep a sweet with you or a chewingum that you'll chew when you feel like smoking. Good luck to you and congrats again
