Hello,
I'm a girl of 16 years old and I practice sports regularly.

I am at the gym at least thrice the week and do train for judo also.

The little problem is that I am greedy and I spend my free time at snacking lots of stuff. Some years ago I was very slim. Now my weight has gone up. I've stop quiting snacking my no result even if I do lots of sports I am gaining too much muscles and kilos on the scale.

Help please

Hey,

if you are doing lots of sports, all the stuff you are eating is helping in gaining muscles and not in loosing weight.

Consider having a diet instead of eating all the time and do lots of running.
