Low carb diet

I have been on a low carb diet for 2 months and I see no result from it. My weight has only decreased by one and a half kilo. What are the suggestions that you advise me please?

It is good to get on a low carb diet as a start. Nevertheless, it will not be enough for losing the max of weight. You will have to consider adding some daily exercises to your life. This will be another method that will make you achieve success in losing weight but do increase the intensity daily.
