Insomnia after quitting cigarettes

It's been already three days that I am not feeling well and suffering from insomnia. It has been since the day I quit smoking. I have not smoked any of them since. Is this from not smoking that I am experiencing this please and if yes, then how long will it last?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you
Insomnia is common after quitting smoking and may last for weeks. In such conditions, you must not have caffeine because it will make the effects remain for a longer term. In such conditions, drink herbal decaf tea and practice sports.
Good luck.
