I quit tobacco with a struggle. On the 15th of may I will have been quit for 2 months. My biggest problem is that some days I have a lot of spit in the back of my throat and I can't cough it up and because of this my voice is cracking all the time. I am truly worried about this, what may be the cause please? If anyone knows do tell me. Thanks

Thank you
Nicotine chewing gums may be the main cause. Also this is a common complaint from people after quitting. It will pass and improve over the next few week. Good luck and keep it up with the quitting.
