Struggling with weight

I have been jogging everyday for some thirty minutes and I have been losing weight. It has already been two months and a half but now, when checking my weight I see no difference. I am not losing weight, what is causing this please?

Exercise is excellent, but may be you must change your diet and drink more water to help you with your weight loss.
