Cardio exercises

I don't have enough time to sleep because of my work and I want to know if I should be doing cardio exercises by cutting it from my sleep time.

It will not be healthy to do it. Your body needs enough rest, at least 8 hours of sleep. Nevertheless, you do exercises when you on holiday if you wish.
