Hello,
I have started jogging in the morning but I cannot run for more than 10 minutes, will this be enough for losing weight please?

Hello,
It is not enough but it is a good start. What you need to do now is increasing the intensity of your workouts progressively. Also address your diet, no junk food and please drink at least 3 litres of water a day
