Hi
Mental health is so important, I would advise you to adopt a heathy life style. Eat a well balanced diet, no smoking or alcohol, drink plenty of water at least 3 litres a day. Daily exercise, and look after yourself. Do not take on too much, and get stressed out. Enjoy the simple things of life and be mindful. Take care and very good luck to you.
