Changing my eating habits

Hello,
I overeat and this is why I am becoming overweight, is there any possible way to get rid of this bad eating habit please?

Hi,
Keep a diary of what you are eating? Then make the changes, no junk food or fizzy drinks. Eat a healthy well balanced diet and only drink water at least 3 litres a day. Commence daily exercise and do not eat between meals. Take care and good luck
