Having regular exercises.

Hello,
I have started doing sit ups and jogging everyday and still I am not losing weight at all. It's been already a month now that I am doing this but I find that it is going useless, what must I do please?
Can someone please help me?

You must have patience and also increase the intensity of your work outs progressively.
