In between meals

I have lots of stuffs in between my meals and I believe that this is what's making me gain so much weight. I have a very fat belly. What are your suggestions for me not to have any stuff in between meals please?

You must stop eating in between meals completely and rather be having healthy foods at your meals. Also get to some regular exercises, it will greatly help you.
