Bloating belly

I am not overweight but I have a bloated belly and want to have abs instead, can you help me achieve this objective please?

You need to practice regular cardio exercises at the beginning and do increase the intensity overtime. This is very important. Over a certain lapse of time, get doing sit ups regularly.
