Having no fats at all

I want to lose weight and I must avoid fatty foods. I was thinking about drinking only juice for a period of time. I will be varying the juices in order not to lack of anything. Do you believe that it is a good idea instead of having solid foods please?

It is a good and very effective method for losing weight but you will need to seek the advice of a nutritionist for it, take care.
