Hello

It seems that this is due to a lack of magnesium. have you talked to your doctor? if you can find:

*green vegetables (peas, beans, broccoli)
*dried fruits and vegetables (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, lentils, chickpeas, beans ...)
*whole grains (bread, rice, oats, sesame seeds ...)
*seafood
*Chocolate: Although it is calorie is still very good for health: a few square suffises by day. However, be careful not to abuse it and to focus on the dark chocolate over 70% cocoa
Mineral water: drink 1.5 liters of water per day.

Thank you, Emma 1

hello

Eyelid "beats" (sometimes the corner of the lip ..) + spasmophilia, nervousness, nervous and physical exertion ...

Magnesium is useful but should be treated asez time (minimum 1 month)

Please also note coffee, alcohol, lack of sleep ...
