My weight is 80 and i'm 17 years old... What js the healthy food that can make me lose weight while not going to the GYM but i'm doing some exercises in my hom?

How tall are you ? What is your waist line ?

What do you consider healthy foods?

How many meals a day to you take and at what time?

I'm between 162 and 164 i'm not sure

And i conseder the healthy food is the food that contains things to build muscles and burn fats

And usually take 3 meals a day

Sometimes i take snacks if that day i was playing soccer

Hi,

That's great. If your weight is proportionate to you height, you must be doing okay.

I think that trans fats such as those found in red meat or oily foods are not easy to burn.

Sports are also beneficial.
