My weight is 83 KG and lenght 175CM

I want to lose weight and gain muscles at the same time. I was thinking if i could use fat burner "supplement" beside going to gym to make my muscles bigger plus Cardio after playing GYM.. Is that will harm my muscles or its okay to make all of that at the same time and whats is the resulte of that??

I had 98 kilos and wanted to lose weight after long exercises and diet I did minus 13 kilos, it was hard! My body was in not a positive state as I thought.
