yeah i have heard of them , but you just have to eat healthy do not force your body to diets that its not used to.

hi sandra.... there are foods that you can eat that are known to improve your chances . remember even your spouse will need to improve theirs too. eat a lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains. And like Victoria has just pointed out , do not force your body to things its not used to. you can also try foods that will increase your libido like salmon and oysters.

Try to make meals from scratch, using fresh ingredients wherever you can, rather than processed ready meals, which are often high in salt, fat, and sugar.
