Hi dear. Hope you are doing good. Loosing weight is a time consuming procedure. Many consult a doctor and many do regular exercises. Yoga can be a very effective procedure of loosing weight. You can buy a yoga chart or search online and start. It's never to late. One cannot loose weight cutting of food. Because every body has its own statistics. Few may require cut off for starch or few may stop consuming carbohydrates. For a serious cut down of food I would suggest you to visit a dietician.
