This is a medical procedure common to the patients whoa re in the early age and don't want to undergo the full knee replacement. Hip surfacing is a process associated to bone sparing, the ball of the hip is shaped and mold into a metal which serves as the hip pocket of the patient. Hence, resurfacing is now a name, yet this procedure's advantages are not totally determined.

Hope this can help
