Rapid Trim 247 might not understand much or any of this or they will have heard about it and make assumptions based on what they do recognise that being keto is bad due to the fact eating fats makes you fats which isn't true so who would you as an alternative get nutrition based recommendation from a medical doctor or

Any diet which excludes entire food groups (e.g. meat, carbohydrates etc) is a bad idea, at any age. Anyway, diets and counting calories make me think of food all day, apart from the fact that for the human metabolism not all calories are equal. Not helpful. To lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way better follow a few simple “ASSSS non-diet” rules:

- No Alcohol
- No snacks,
- Nothing sweet (no sugar and no artificial sweeteners)
- More sport, specially endurance sport and training (eg swimming, cycling etc) in excess of one hour per session.
