Hi,

Thanks for post informative things over here. This might helps people who feel stress due to work. I also have some simple key thing to do during mental block

Recognizing that the mental block is happening in the first step, and start taking action to regain your productivity.

Do physical exercises that help to circulate blood through your body is the beginning of finding solutions.

Keep yourself escaping from a routine that means keeping your brain creative and getting more and more new information.

When you're going through a mental block it seems like no idea is good, even if it is. While you are working on the process of being productive again, be sure to write down everything you think.

Finally, sleep plays a vital role, when you're tired, don't force yourself to work. Close the computer and go to sleep.
