Green tea has been oxidized in its process, this is said to give you health benefits. The research is poor on its value with weight loss. Drinking water is better. Take care and Good luck.

Hi dear. How are you? How is life going? Green tea is the healthiest beverage. It is an antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body. GReen tea helps in improving functioning of the brain,fat loss,a lower risk of cancer etc. Study suggested that drinking 5 cups of green tea per day can decrease the rate of cancer in stomach. Keep in mind do not consume green tea in empty stomach,the tannins present in green tea causis stomach acid which may cause stomach ache.
