Lose weight at tight and waist level

Hello,

So let me explain my problem, I'm 13 and I weigh 59 kilos for 1m70. I want to lose weight at the tight and waist level. As for the rest of my body, I'm fine with it. Must I practice a specific type of exercise, change my eating habits...thanks you for your recommendations.

Get on some cardio exercises, it is the best for losing weight.
