Hello,

Hello everyone. I am 25 years and I consider myself as healthy. I have a problem each time I do anything physical my right hand starts to shake and I can't control it at all. I thought it was due to stress, but even when I am taking a shower and finished rubbing my back, my hand starts to shake again. I am very concerned about that, and was going to see a doctor, but I want to know first if it has ever happened to anyone before?

Thank you
Hello,
You are right to see your doctor, this might be due to a low blood sugar that happens just after the effort. If for example you have been exercising for long, or have strained your muscle a little bit too much like you would while rubbing your back in the shower, this could cause your hand to shake. But why only your right hand? Just seek your doctors opinion and be safe. Take care and good luck
