Hello,
I am 15 and I have been reading lots of stuff on the fact that if you take contraceptive pills, you put on a lot of weight. I have been taking pills for 3 months to regulate my menstruation cycle, but I have not noticed any change in my body yet. Does it mean that I will not put on weight or might it come later on?

I am worried because I already have fatty thighs, butt and belly and do not want to end up overweight!

Thank you
Hello
The contraceptive pills you are on may not effect your weight, all woman are different and often there is no weight increase at all. However you should discuss this with your doctor the next time he see's you for a check up. Monitor your weight if you are worried. Hope this is helpful, take care and good luck
