Sleeping and eating habits

Hello,
I have developped a habit and I know that it's not a healthy practice. I normally sleep for 4 hours during the night and also I eat very little. I do take protein and vitamins supplements to compensate for my vegetarian diet. I know that there are health concerns with this lifestyle but I never feel tired or hungry. I always have lots of energy, and I regular engage in intensive physical exercise.
Do you believe that I'm healthy?
