Hello,
I am not the kind of person who is often sick. I remember the first time it happened, I was 9 years old. My head, the left side of my head to be exact, started to hurt and then, I threw up. I don't know why it happened and now, 10 years later, it has happend again. That was yesterday. I was watching TV and my head started to hurt. Then I went to the bathroom and threw my dinner up. I have noticed that in happens mostly when I am about to have my menses.

Thank you
Hello
This sounds like a migraine. It is quite common, especailly just prior to your period due to hormone levels. Have you seen your doctor about this? Get yourself checked out and get a correct diagnosis. Take care and good luck

Thank you
Because I'm a guy I don't get have monthly periods but I throw up every time I get a head ache. Once I have thrown up, I can then eat soup and drink some soda or a sports drink to replenish my electrolytes I feel better. This usually happen when I don't eat right and I'm all stressed out.
