Hello,
I need some advice. I want to loose some extra belly fat. No matter how hard I train (at least 2 hours in the gym each day), I'm not having any success. As result , I have a quite muscular body, but a big , fat stomach.

If you have some good tips or training exercises, I'll be around.

Why not ask your gym instructer what you are doing wrong? May be your diet needs to change, no junk food or fizzy drinks, no alcohol. Only drink water between 2-3 litres a day. Take care and good luck to you

Hi, I agree with Swiftybird, it's maybe linked to your alimentation. You have to eat as healthy as possible if you want to loose weight. Sport is a good complement, but you have to eat healthy too :)
