Hello,
I am 13 years old and 1m60 tal and weigh 55kilos, many people advise me to practice some body-building. I wonder if it would hurt my growth in any way.

At 13 I would advice you to take up a sport, or daily exercise such as football or swimming. There is no need for you to body build. You are still growing and developing so get into good habits with a healthy life style. Take care and good luck
