Hello,
Can I please know how much weight I may lose by exercising in four weeks. I need to lose weight from the thighs. I find myself so fat. Can someone please help me about it? I'm determined to lose weight by exercising but any other advices will be most welcomed.

Hello
There is no magic, you should eat less and exercise more. No junk food, no fizzy drinks, only water between 2-3 litres a day. Also start a daily exercise plan, start by a brisk walk for 20 minutes. You can build up your exercise and cut down on snacks. Just lots of fruit and veg. Take care and good luck

If you are determined to lose weight, then you need to have patience. The answer to how much weight you will lose is determined by the intensity of your physical activities and also how many calories you are eating. A diet along with the regular exercises will be great in helping you achieve your objectives.
