Hello,

I'm slim and need to gain some weight. For doing so I know that I need to eat more but what kind of food do you advise me and also, will it be right for having twice the amount of meals that I used to have?

Hi abahit ! The best is to see a nutritionist ! If you eat twice, you will probably take more weight than muscles ;)

It's good to eat more proteins than usually, but you have to be prudent and it would be better to get a specialist advices !

Hello,
You need to have more proteined food. Eating twice is not the right solution though. You have three meals and it will end up in six meals. The best way is increasing your amount of food in the three meals progressively. This will help you greatly. Also, you can join a gym for gaining muscles. In such a situation, you will have the possibility to have protein supplements too.
