Hello,
I have always been in a good health but haven't practiced any sports for over 4 years now.
I believe that this is what is causing me to have some troubles when I'm make efforts. I must pin point out that I do not smoke. Can someone please tell me how to get a healthier breathing and heart rate?

Hello,
You need to get build up your stamina and slowly increase your cardio exercises. One of the main one is jogging and if you don't have enough time, you can also concentrate on skipping ropes.

Hello, I agree with Mary, you should get on jogging. It's a good way to feel better.
