Hello,
I always feel tired and have sleeping problems. I mean that I always feel sleepy and sleep too much. When I wake up in the morning and get to school, I feel tired. I yawn all day long in the class. Back home, at the instant that I step in my room, I jump on the bed and start sleeping.
Please help me.
Thanks for any advices.

Hello
This sounds like a normal teenager, who is in a poor sleeping pattern. You must get at least 8 hours sleep at night. Get up early in the morning allow yourself lots of time to get to school. When you get home, do not go to sleep until the evening. Make sure you are eating a well balanced healthy diet, and drinking lots of water and juick.. also take up exercise or a sport. Take care and good luck.

Hey !

Your problem can be explained by a lot of different reasons. First, how old are you ? It can happen if you're still growing...

If the problem doesn't stop, you can make a blood analysis. It could be a mononucleosis...

Best regards.
