Hello,
I am trying to lose weight rapidly for several health reasons, and need some help in achieving this objective. Thanks for any help.

There is no quick fix, you must do this slowly. Adopting a healthy life style, no junk food no fizzy drinks. Drink at least 2-3 litres of water a day. Start a daily exercise and you will gradually lose the weight you need to. Take care and good luck

Hello, if you want to lose weight fast, you have to do a sport and have an healthy diet.
