Burning more calories

Hello,
I jog daily in order to lose excess weight and it's simply that I need to gain more muscles but through keeping a lean body. I want to know whether by sweating more, I lose more calorie or it's just that I'm losing the water that I have consumed.

Sweating is just caused by your efforts and also because of your environment. Sweating is a good indication that the exercises is being effective and you are indeed burning down calories. That's why many people say, the more you sweat, the more calories you burn.

Hi Sams, if you want to lose more calories, you should try to jog slower than you do but during a longer moment.
