Hello,
I'm passing through a hard phase of social anxiety and I want to know how I can get through this.

Hello
Well done for asking for help. Remain active and start a daily exercise. Yoga is a good exercise, and it will help you relax. You may benefit from a counsellor or from seeing a psychologist, but honestly you are better to open up and think positive. A good daily routine and also talking to friends is necessary to help yourself.

If the advice above does not work and you are feeling very anxious, then you can see a doctor and he will provide you with treatment. Some pills against stress or depression could help you?
